Price, convenience, friendly staff. Family run operation, so they are eager to help in any way. I've been staying there for years when visiting family. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's not priced like one either. It's comfortable, clean, and inexpensive. Plus their continental breakfast is good too

Everything was just fine and a very reasonable rate, except for one small thing- the toilet. The toilet was one of those short toilets with the small bowl. We call them, “squatting potties.” In my opinion, every toilet in every motel should be the type that is built at the taller, “comfort height,” and it should be fashioned with the elongated toilet bowl.
